The conference venue for the conference ‘Shaping Ethics in Academia and Society: Practices in the Baltic Sea Region’ is Mykolas Romeris University Social Innovations Lab (MRU LAB).
The campus of Mykolas Romeris University is situated in the north part of Vilnius. Vilnius airport is 15 km away. Mykolas Romeris University can be easily reached by car and bus.
Currently MRU enrolls approximately 9.000 students and employs over 600 academic staff. The university offers more than 80 doctoral, master and bachelor study programmes, over 80% of them have international accreditation. The most popular study programmes are law, management, public administration, psychology, social work, public security, etc. Over 180 doctoral students study in the fields of law, management, psychology, philology, economics, and educational science.
The total area of the new (est. September, 2015) four-storey MRU LAB building is more than 3000 square meters. On the ground-floor there is a public space for students, the academic community, and social partners with the spaces customized to group work and brainstorming equipped with mobile workstations, two spacious halls 100 and 50 seats) for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the registration fee and will be provided in the attractive MRU LAB area.
